| 11) What is the best method to
clean my new floor? |
We recommend mixing 5 – 6 ounces of CLEAR
ammonia per gallon of water in a mop bucket. A string/rag mop
works best with a wringer mechanism on your bucket. DO NOT use
any soap-based products, because they dull the floor and can
make it extremely slippery when the floor gets damp or wet. |
| 12) How long will my floor last? |
Under normal circumstances and with proper care,
a solid color floor has a 7 to 10 year life expectancy. Some
Simulated Granite floors from the 60’s, reportedly look
new after a renewal of the clear coat finish. |
| 13) What is the warranty? |
All roof-covered residential flooring
(including: garage, basement, hot tub room) carries a 3-year
limited warranty against peeling, staining, or material defects. |
